Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant

This is a Temporary position limited to no more than 9-months. 

Job Summary:

This position will work under the direct supervision of the Wilderness Medicine Coordinator to conduct work for the Annual Medical Kit Restock at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Department of Emergency Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Inventory of current medical kits

·      Purchasing replacement for medicine or supplies where estimated.

·      Creating the inventory list for new supply of medical kits.

·      Assisting with the shipment of kits to Greenland and Alaska.

Work Location:

Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

·      1 year performing like duties

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Previous experience creating medical kits for scientific field work.
