Manager, Strategic Marketing Home Fiber

The Manager, Strategic Marketing – Home Fiber, uses insights and data to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that achieve sales, retention, and other goals for the Home Fiber line of business. This includes identifying customer insights, managing the development of key messages, and measuring performance of marketing initiatives. This position collaborates closely with key stakeholders – including sales, creative, digital marketing and media, and research – to create and launch marketing programs. This position is also responsible, along with the other team members, to drive the C Spire brand forward, leveraging the company’s brand attributes. This position reports to the Director, Marketing Strategy. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive and proactive marketing plan for the Home Fiber line of business, including a progressive calendar of marketing initiatives, lifecycle communications, and digital approaches to build brand awareness, achieve sales results and mover recapture and reduce customer churn
• Make data driven decisions including, for example, analyzing activations, deactivations, mover recapture rate, research, and financial projections.
• Collaborate with the Home Fiber sales, product, digital and other teams to create and deploy successful marketing strategies and campaigns. 
• Provide marketing leadership and quality execution as part of cross-functional Home Fiber Objective & Key Result (OKR) teams.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or the equivalent in related work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience developing sales and retention campaigns, project management, and financial management skills.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Must be a self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Additional skills including strong written, verbal and organization skills; excellent planning and execution, with attention to detail; strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PREFERRED
  • Previous experience managing full-time employees preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen. Some travel required.
