We are looking for a technically-savvy, process-focused, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Associate who has a passion for collaboration and excellent communication skills. This role is an integral member of the Marketing Operations team that enables and empowers the Marketing team and helps drive the marketing technology strategy that creates amazing customer experiences.

You will support the marketing and sales initiatives of our Corporate Solutions team at ezCater and within marketing to help assure that we get the most out of the systems and technology our teams rely on to be successful. On a given day, you might build or advise on the technical setup of a complex customer workflow with engagement touchpoints across multiple channels, QA a new audience segment and email with dynamic content that is ready to launch or report on email timing and other campaign metrics to optimize marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do:

  • Come in ready to learn. You will become an expert on ezCater’s marketing technology (marketing automation, journey orchestration, CRM, Adtech, Data Warehouse, project management/collaboration, CMS, etc.) and become a marketing technology and operations wizard (If you aren’t one already).
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, and meet performance objectives.
  • Provides front-end support by working with the Corporate Solutions marketing team to build emails, landing pages, forms, campaigns, and workflows. Set up A/B testing and multi-stage/automated nurture campaigns.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and are free of errors before distribution.
  • Work with appropriate team members to ensure data integrity across all platforms. Ensure the marketing team understands data selection options and changes that may impact campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Reporting: Assist in generating and present regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to inform decision-making and demonstrate marketing's impact on business goals. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within the marketing operations function. Make recommendations for improvements based on industry best practices.
  • Learn and use Google Analytics, Tableau, and other systems to support with basic reporting on campaign performance.

What You Have

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools, CRM systems, analytics tools and the desire to become an expert. Experience with HubSpot preferred.
  • An incredible eye for detail and a love of process and organization.
  • A passion for coordinating between multiple departments and maintaining relationships.
  • Experience supporting a team of marketing professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Experience in a Agile environment.
  • An ability to distill complex ideas and data into easy-to-absorb information for a non-technical audience as well as understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $73,000-$95,000*.
