Global Product Manager

<p><b>What You Will Be Doing:</b></p><ul><li><b>Manage the assigned Global Product Portfolio and Its Performance</b>: Oversee sales, profit, market share, and brand strength for the assigned sub-category across global markets, ensuring alignment with overall category objectives.</li><li><b>Support the Development of Global Product Strategies and Roadmaps</b>: Collaborate with the (Sub-)Category Manager to develop and implement strategies that ensure global competitiveness and customer relevance.</li><li><b>Maintain a Competitive Global Product Portfolio</b>: Manage the product portfolio to ensure it is lean, competitive, and aligned with global and regional market needs.</li><li><b>Assist in Executing the Product Lifecycle Process</b>: Support adherence to the product lifecycle process from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely and effective execution.</li><li><b>Maintain an Outside-In Viewpoint</b>: Stay informed about global market and customer trends to provide insights that inform product decisions.</li><li><b>Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) Exercises</b>: Gather and analyze customer feedback from global markets, maintaining a relevant and up-to-date market view.</li><li><b>Monitor Global Product Sales and Margins</b>: Track product performance globally, identifying and implementing actions to close performance gaps and drive profitability.</li><li><b>Support Pricing Strategy Development</b>: Assist in optimizing pricing strategies globally to maximize market penetration and profitability.</li><li><b>Contribute to Innovation</b> Efforts: Participate in innovation initiatives to ensure successful product launches within the product lines</li><li><b>Ensure Sales Team Readiness</b>: Provide sales teams with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell and support the product portfolio.</li><li><b>Collaborate with Regional Teams</b>: Work closely with regional teams to tailor product offerings, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to meet the unique needs of different markets.</li></ul><p><b>What You Will Need</b> :</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
