As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Fontana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting daily operations with a caring, agile, and reliable team that values integrity, innovation, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and applicable emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help support authorized access procedures for staff, contractors, and guests.
• Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and relay observations about equipment issues, policy concerns, and/or suspicious behavior to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
