Global category specialist - logistics cluster (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support of Global Category manager
• Development of material and supplier strategy
• Actively influences the sourcing process
• Drives annual and project related negotiations to constantly improve the cost situation of Schaeffler company
• Ensures implementation of correct data, responsibility for monthly controlling and local data
• Support of cost reduction programs

WE NEED

• University degree in Economics/Technical studies or relevant experience
• Proficiency in English language
• Several years of experience in different purchasing functions
• Advanced experience in project management
• Advanced experience in functional leadership
• Capability to negotiate and operate with different cultures
• Experience in working with international teams on Purchasing issues
• Understanding for different foreign cultures
