Full - Time Monday through Friday. Monday and Friday 6am-2pm, Tuesday and Thursday 12pm-8pm, Wednesday 10am-6pm.

Starting at $13 per hour without certification or $14 per hour with certification. Plus, tenure increases once certification is obtained.

What You’ll Do:

As a Fitness Ambassador, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes every member, supports them on the fitness floor, and helps create a positive, judgment-free environment. You’ll assist with check-ins, answer questions, promote programs, and keep the club clean and safe — all while bringing energy and encouragement to every interaction.

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• No prior fitness experience required — we’ll train you!
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent

Essential Job Functions:

Member Experience & Customer Service

• Greet all members with enthusiasm, professionalism, and courtesy.
• Assist with member check-ins, club tours, info calls, account inquiries, and membership updates.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment aligned with the club’s 'Judgement Free Zone' philosophy.
• Engage with members on the fitness floor to provide encouragement and support.
• Promote club programs, personal training services, and special events.

Fitness Floor Engagement

• Demonstrate basic knowledge of cardio, strength, and functional training equipment (training provided).
• Assist members with proper equipment use and safe techniques.
• Support member retention by building rapport and encouraging positive workout experiences.
• Provide orientation and guidance to new members on basic workout routines and equipment use.
• Facilitates PE@PF fitness programs and assists members with fitness programs through the Planet Fitness App

Cleanliness & Safety

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment, locker rooms, and high-touch areas.
• Conduct light maintenance checks and promptly report any issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and visually appealing club environment.
