Showroom Sales Associate - Kitchen & Bath

VP Supply Corp is a leading wholesale distributor specializing in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, kitchen, and bath products. Our Innovations at VP Team is seeking to hire a Kitchen and Bath Showroom Sales Associate with customer service or sales experience to join our Vestal showroom. We have 7 showroom locations across NYS and Pennsylvania, and we offer all of the latest kitchen cabinetry, countertops, bath & kitchen plumbing products and lighting.

Schedule Requirements: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm EST

Responsibilities:

• Work with homeowners, builders, and contractors on new construction and remodeling projects.
• Provide sales and consulting services to trade/design customers, industry partners, and retail customers.
• Create kitchen and bath layouts and renderings using 20/20 Design software to bring customer visions to life.
• Provide superior customer service to both VP’s existing and potential customer base to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Generate quotes for current and prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and their representatives.
• Coordinate scheduled showroom visits, as well as handle walk-in customer appointments.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Experience in a retail or commercial environment is preferred.  
• Kitchen, bath, or lighting background and product knowledge highly desired.  
• Proficiency with 20/20 Design software or similar kitchen and bath design tools required.  
• Must be detail-oriented and able to meet customer deadlines.  
• Ability to adapt to time-sensitive commitments and deliver excellent customer service.  

Work Environment/Physical Demands: This job operates in a retail setting, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers and phones. While a somewhat sedentary role, frequent standing on feet up to 8 hours/day and occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 25 pounds may be required.
