About the role
Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidates to join a high-performance team and provide support to the US Space Command (USSPACECOM) J39 as a Special Technical Operations (STO) System Administrator/System Manager (SASM). In this Security Management role, you will provide Precision Decision Aid System (PDAS), information system (e.g., SIPR/JWICS), support for one or more of the customer’s Special Access Programs (SAPs) and Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCMs) in STO and SAP operations.
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $105,000-$115,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. What you will be doing:
- The position will provide “day-to-day” multi-discipline analysis for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities as they relate to STO functions.
- Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding Special Access Program (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral data in support of US military operations.
- Maintain, audit and support secure SAP/STO systems databases that enable user accesses.
- Maintain internet applications (e.g., SharePoint) on MAC OS.
- Maintain network access, Security Monitoring systems and system documentation as required.
- Interface with STO accessed personnel to provide IT related support to resolve PDAS access issues within 24-hrs.
- Perform pre-coordinated periodic maintenance and hardware upgrades and replacement, firmware updates and system configuration changes.
What you will need:
- Previous SAP/STO Security Manager experience required
- Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Windows experience, and expertise
- Must meet position and certification requirements in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level 2
- BA/BS or MA/MS desired
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
