This role combines technical solution leadership with Scrum Master responsibilities, owning day-to-day delivery, sprint execution, and modernization outcomes using Power Platform and SharePoint Online best practices. The role is accountable for translating legacy business processes and workflows into modern, cloud based solutions, while ensuring consistent delivery cadence, quality, and alignment with organizational standards.</p> <p>The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering &amp; Integration (SE&amp;I) for the Space Force’s Space Systems Command (SSC). We acquire state of the art Military and Commercial Satellite Communications (SATCOM) systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nation’s warfighters. We seek technical individuals who will thrive in a highly collaborative work environment of small teams, using the most modern tools and methodologies to tackle the challenges of integrating complex space and ground communications systems. This position is on-site at El Segundo, CA.&nbsp;</p> <p>Qualifications Required</p> <p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or computer information systems<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;5+ years of IT experience supporting SharePoint environments<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;3+ years of work experience with SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365 in an enterprise setting.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;2+ years of work experience developing solutions using Power Apps/Power Automate<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience managing Power Platform applic
