This role involves supporting adults with acquired neurological conditions, primarily stroke, within a multidisciplinary and client-centred therapy team.</p> <p data-start="665" data-end="968">You will be working as part of the Bromley Neuro Rehab Services, delivering specialist assessment and intervention to individuals in community settings.
