Special Projects Sales Engineer

Job Description:

Must quote accurate, detailed and profitable estimates in a timely manner

Collaborate with field technicians

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

Develop relationships with facility managers, building and business owners

Perform inside and outside sales duties to both acquire new business and manage accounts

Prepare detailed job scopes for PM’s

Conduct walkthroughs of sites

Consult with state and local agencies on any and all permit requirements

Work side by side with PM’s

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

Must have sales, account management, and management experience in the construction industry

Basic knowledge of HVAC/R Systems

Excellent presentation skills, both via phone and in person

Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships/accounts 

Ability to work with a team

Experience with Google Suite and CRM preferred

Licenses Required:

Valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Must be able to type and answer phones for extended periods of time

Ability to type/work at a computer screen for extended periods of time

Standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, lifting approximately 20lbs, walking, typing, answering and speaking on phone

Other:

An individual must show a willingness to continue to develop skills in the Sales and Marketing Department as part of the continued learning process. Must show strong teamwork skills and also be capable of working independently.
