OnsiteRaytheon is currently seeking a motivated Senior Training and Development Coordinator who is ready to join a diverse, talented, and enthusiastic team of professionals. Reporting to the PMO Manager, you’ll oversee the coordination and implementation of all advanced program training requirements for all employees and play a pivotal role in the success of the organization. In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including functional representatives, varied workgroups, customer representatives and sub-contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all program training requirements for new and existing employees.
Analyze training costs and process to identify savings opportunities.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and look to continuously improve the training content and delivery methods whilst maintaining accurate training that comply with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with our training partners to identify and implement training efficiencies.
Manage and provide support to program apprentices and trainees.
Leading Pop -Up Training
Developing locations and partners. Managing equipment and logistics. Negotiating and executing training service agreements.
Essentials
TS/SCI w/ polygraph
Diploma level or equivalent in a relevant field.
Minimum 7 years of demonstrated prior relevant experience.
A broad knowledge of training systems and practices, gained through extensive experience and/or education.
Excellent time management and record keeping skills.
Demonstrated understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
Travel: 10% domestic

Typically requires:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years
prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree
in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited
by local laws/regulations.
