Job Title: Senior Facility Coordinator
Location: Boston, MA
Career Stream Tasks
• Support the Facilities Management & Planning programs and policies to meet business needs
• Perform routine Facilities Management & Planning activities in connection to internal staff and external vendors in areas such as facilities security, facilities maintenance & repair, custodial & grounds keeping services, office administration and secretarial services
• Support the Facilities Management & Planning with efficient operations related to examining facilities and evaluating elements, such as HVAC and lighting, for size, condition and suitability and coordinating and implementing furniture, equipment, office and factory layout and moves
• Coordinate the implementation of plans for efficient utilization of space and facilities

Management Responsibility
- Individual contributor and will act as a lead to the operational teams by helping them coordinate and organize tasks
- Provide assistance and training to Junior employees
- Delegating and reviewing the work of junior employees while performing similar tasks
Stakeholders
- May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
- Support and interact with senior colleagues of own and other teams
- Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge
- Address complex task-related issues appropriately generating solutions to maintain work relationships
