SPEECHCOM, INC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to serve a school district near the Santa Clarita area of Los Angeles, CA.
Rate of Pay: $60-$70 per hour W2 (depending on experience)
Hours: 8 hours per day/ 40 hours a week
- Immediate start through the end of end of the school year- 06/13/2025

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals and techniques for home practice.
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
- Provide support and guidance for patients with disabilities, geriatrics, and those requiring early intervention.
Required Skills:
Skill communicating verbally and in writing with students, faculty members, and parents so that all parties understand the program and the degree of progress being made. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
CA state-issued license as an Occupational Therapist
