Role Summary: As a Residential Technician, your primary duty is to ensure the well-being of patients in Heartview's residential programs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, administering medications, providing transportation assistance, and performing various tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry. We offer flexible shifts to fit different schedules, including:

• 8 hours/week, 10:00 pm - 6:30 am; every other weekend
• 8 hours/week, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm; every other weekend
• PRN, a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
• Weekend and holiday rotations are required.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CPR/AED and first aid trained, or the ability to obtain certification onsite.
• Preference will be given to those already Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certified, but those with the potential to become certified will also qualify.
• Ability to safely lift 35 to 50 pounds.
• Trained to administer Narcan, or the ability to obtain training.
