In this role, you will:

• Confirm and collect supplier contacts, working with regional and global category managers.

• Process new supplier onboarding requests through the supplier portal and perform the required risk assessments.

• Track and report phases of onboarding for each vendor contacted.

• Develop working knowledge of the supplier portal to enable seamless onboarding and to empower the ability to answer questions.

• Serve as the supplier point of contact at go-live.

• Resolve issues, concerns, or questions related to the new platform.

• Escalate concerns to the appropriate leader or decision maker.

• Review and process Master Data change requests submitted via the supplier portal or the group mailbox.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively and patiently communicate in English with all levels of the organization, customers, vendors, and external business partners.

• Proved experience in Procure to Pay – Supplier Enablement, or related field.

• Able to work with suppliers and category managers in a North America time zone (working hours are 14:30-22:30).

• Patient self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.

• Capable of learning new systems and technology and explaining to vendors, experience with supplier portals preferred (Taulia or Coupa), knowledge of SAP.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
