- Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions with clients in their homes or other designated locations.
- Develop customized exercise programs based on clients’ fitness levels, goals, and preferences.
- Design creative workouts, including using varying GYMGUYZ equipment and techniques, to safely challenge and maintain client engagement.
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments.
- Onboard, mentor, and support personal trainers within the franchise.
- Conduct regular training, workshops, and performance evaluations for staff.
- Serve as a role model in professionalism, service delivery, and client care.
- Monitor and maintain quality control over trainers, training sessions, and client programming.
- Ensure compliance with GYMGUYZ fitness protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate with management to update and improve training methods and client engagement strategies.
- Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
- Perform Assessments and Reassessments, and close sales.
- Drive new business through various marketing efforts.
- Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients.
- Support local marketing efforts through participation in fitness events, demos, and workshops.
- Assist in community outreach to build brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned.
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Minimum of 2–5 years of personal training experience, is preferred but not required; at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship role.
- Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
- Genuine passion for helping clients reach their fitness goals.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Specialized Backgrounds a PLUS (e.g. Senior/Youth, Pre/Post-Natal, Adaptive, Yoga/Stretch, Sports [Pickleball, Tennis, Golf, etc.], etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
