ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for someone with experience in a demand generation setting and a strong understanding of the sales and marketing funnel. Our team is very passionate and invested in driving revenue growth for our clients! We bring a unique perspective to our work because we are not career consultants, we've been in-house and dealt with sales & marketing teams and understand the need for quality leads, process and optimization of tech.
Program managers are a key contact point for our clients - responsible for the successful execution of revenue operations engagements. Program managers manage projects ranging from CRM and Marketing Automation System standup to fractional ownership of revenue operations. Program managers are leaders within their assigned accounts- supervising analysts to ensure work is of the highest quality for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities:
Strategy
- Collaborate with clients to gather data, insights and business knowledge to develop the overall demand generation strategy
- Provide ongoing industry best practices and strategic recommendations, and insights to drive incremental growth
- Partner with Senior Strategist to validate strategy for our largest clients
- Identify and communicate optimizations for the overall strategy and marketing plan
Client Service Delivery
- Implement and collaborate with the internal team to execute the plan & project roadmap - bring the strategy to life
- Collaboratively with the Sr. Strategist, develop and establish a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks
- Collaboratively with the Sr. Strategist, develop a project roadmap
- Own the success of the performance against the KPIs and benchmarks, and the client’s growth
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations by analyzing the performance reports in partnership with the implementation team/analyst
- Establish strong working relationships with the internal and client team
- Respond to ad-hoc requests and inquiries from the client team
- Advocate for the client needs with the implementation team
Project Management
- Project Manage client onboarding and ensure the team has access required to data & systems for a successful audit
- Develop implementation timelines & project plan to ensure the project is delivered on time and to the level of quality required
- Report on project progress and results
- Contribute to weekly client meetings to update on project progress
- Contribute to weekly emails to the client to update them on progress toward results
- Proactively identify risks to project timeline including performance, resourcing issues, dependency issues, client implementation issues, etc and present solution
Requirements
- 5+ years of demand gen and/or revenue operations experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience with a variety of marketing automation, sales, and CRM tools; Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Outreach, Zoominfo, Chilipiper, or similar tools.
- Strong Business Acumen- able to make business cases for proposed solutions.
- Curious & data driven- able to supervise marketing analytics conducted on behalf of the client.
- Project or program management skills required to drive and coordinate initiatives, always keeping key stakeholders in the loop while managing scope.
- Ability to adapt in a highly-dynamic environment - prioritizing projects, defining milestones or KPIs. Driving results with ownership while keeping key stakeholders accountable.
