The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Digital Onboarding Specialist will focus on customized orthodontic solutions and will independently perform Sales administrative work under supervision for assigned region/territory by email, telephone, or the internet.
- Independently plans and manages time and resources for utilization of multiple systems while driving business needs in order to provide optimal customer service.
- Data entry into Corporate Databases, i.e. SF, Aplus, RR Donnelly, Oral Care Portal.
- Analyze Multi System Reports, such as A+, Power BI, Boxi and OCP.
- Determines appropriate Call to Action based on the customer type and need based on stage in onboarding cycle.
- Communicate with cross functional teams to expedite the needs of customers.
- Collects and sends customer facing Marketing Materials.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
- Six (6) years of experience in Sales Support or Administrative position in a private, public, government or military environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
- Active communication skills to understand internal and external customers in a consultative manner.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $72,681 - $88,832, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
