If so, we invite you to consider the exciting opportunity of becoming our Accounting Manager. As an Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial activities, providing strategic financial advice, and supporting our management team in making informed business decisions. You'll collaborate closely with the Controller to ensure that our accounting procedures align with generally accepted accounting principles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

�� Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate on major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies for the company, ensuring alignment with our vision and goals.

�� Efficiency Enhancement: Contribute to the development of proposals aimed at improving efficiency and profitability.

�� Financial Oversight: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, with a focus on balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.

�� Tax Compliance: Support the preparation and submission of sales tax returns and collaborate with corporate headquarters on income tax returns and other statistical returns.

�� Policy Implementation: Assist in the deployment of accounting procedures and policies to meet evolving company needs and group requirements.

�� System Enhancements: Play a role in improving our financial accounting systems, including general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, fixed asset accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, planning, and budgeting.

�� Internal Control: Monitor and provide recommendations for enhancing our internal control system.

�� Inventory Management: Collaborate on the arrangement and control of periodic physical inventories with the Controller.

�� Financial Reporting: Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position, providing critical insights to drive informed decisions.

�� Budget Management: Assist in managing budget preparation, budget proposals, and associated documentation.

�� Audit Support: Support audits of the company's accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

�� Proven experience in accounting and financial management.

�� Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.

�� Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

�� Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Education and Experience

�� Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 

�� 5 years working experience in a similar role.
