Accenture Federal Services is seeking an ISSE who will work as part of a team reviewing and assessing Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization body of evidence for classified information systems.

Responsibilities include: 

  • System Security Plan (SSP), Continuous Monitoring Plan, Incident Response Plan, Access Control Plan, Security Assessment Plan, etc.
  • Review new and existing systems for technical compliance with Cybersecurity directives and protection of data at all classification levels including SCI and SAP
  • Advise on in-depth security design review and threat/risk assessments
  • Provide inputs to technical artifacts, including Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
  • Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with security policies and procedures as outlined in the security authorization package
  • Conduct periodic reviews of Information Systems to ensure compliance with the security authorization package
  • Coordinate with systems administrators to perform system scans for A&A and continuous monitoring to include but not limited to network devices, servers, databases, and web services
  • Perform compliance audits, participate in incident handling, and lead or assist investigations into security anomalies
  • Perform review of audit logs and continuous monitoring tools for IT systems to identify anomalies, hacking or insider threats.
  • Ability to work on-site 80% of each work week
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to engage with users in a professional manner and present technical concepts plainly to semi-technical customers
  • Ability to interface with seasoned Government personnel.
  • Working knowledge of eMASS BoE maintenance, and technical import process/procedures

Here's what you need:

  • DoD 8570 IAT and IAM Level II certification or higher
  • 2+ years of implementing NIST 800-53, Rev 4 and the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • 3+ years of experience with Windows and Linux environments

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with virtualization or cloud environments
  • Other Security related certification (Cloud, SIEM, forensics, Linux, Windows, etc)
  • Experience working in a DevSecOps project environment
  • Formerly or currently a system administrator, developer, or engineer. Experience with MS Active Directory, Splunk, ACAS/Nessus, McAfee, Windows, Linux, AWS Security, etc.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed team environment and support multiple different efforts as needed
  • Desire to learn new technologies and tools and willing to share your experience with the team
  • JSIG or ICD 503 compliance

Security Clearance:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
