WHO IS FIVE STAR?

     As a small, family-owned business in Central Ohio, Five Star Home Services was founded over 50 years ago and has since expanded to more than 40 locations throughout the Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati metropolitan areas. At Five Star, our mission is simple: WE SERVE THOSE IN NEED. Of course, our primary focus is serving clients with Residential Electric, HVAC, or Plumbing needs, but our passion extends much deeper than that. Through our Profit on Purpose program, we donate 10% of our profit to the communities that we serve – a large portion of which goes directly to supporting individuals in short and long-term recovery from drug addiction. This position is based in Xenia, OH, but will require occasional travel throughout the Dayton region.

What You’ll Do:

• Own your territory – Build relationships, win trust, and close deals
• Design custom HVAC solutions – From load calcs to layout, you'll be the expert
• Follow through – Stay connected post-sale to ensure happy customers
• Stay sharp – Keep up with product innovations and industry trends
• Collaborate – Partner with our install teams for smooth project handoffs

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of sales experience (HVAC experience = bonus points)
• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Willingness to climb ladders, crawl attics, and get hands-on if needed
• A fierce drive to win, backed by integrity and heart
