Position Overview: Wayfinders Consulting Partner
- As a Wayfinders Partner, you will build strong client relationships through your ability to advise senior executives on how to successfully execute technology-enabled transformation. These relationships will lead to enduring partnerships that enable our clients to realize their business and career ambitions.
- As a market-facing leader in our organization, you will also build a reputation as a thought leader who can uniquely help clients realize the potential that technology brings in your chosen industry or functional area of expertise.
- As a newly established division of Fujitsu, you will also lead teams in developing our business offerings, thought leadership and consulting approaches, creating new ways of delivering consulting services and identifying innovative opportunities for client impact.

At Wayfinders, Partners are responsible for:
- Working with Fujitsu’s existing and potential clients to identify and develop opportunities to advise business leaders on transformational change.
- Cultivating and managing a portfolio of client relationships and engagements at varies stages of development.
- Owning the full lifecycle of the client relationship and ensuring the quality, impact and profitability of client services provided by Wayfinders and the broader Fujitsu organization.
- Designing and managing high performing consulting teams and providing direction, mentorship, and quality assurance over team performance and deliverables
- Identifying the right functional knowledge, technical expertise, and proprietary tools to engage at clients from the host of capabilities in the Fujitsu organization and our partner network, including Fujitsu’s research, systems design / development and applications teams.
- Defining and overseeing strategic client partnerships, ensuring that all consulting and delivery work is impactful, and consistent with achieving the agreed business outcomes.
- Mentoring Managing and Principal consultants, by developing their client relationship and consulting leadership skills and supporting their path to becoming partners.
- Promoting the reputation of Wayfinders and Fujitsu though thought leadership, speaking engagements, and practice capability development.
- Overseeing and leading at least one aspect of Wayfinders’ operational processes.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong team-orientation and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence.
- A track record of building consulting relationships and pipeline, with evidence of the development of sustained client programs
- Deep experience in developing and delivering technology focused client transformation programs, with a preference for “next generation” technology such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, etc.
- Demonstrated thought leadership within his/her industry or functional space including the development, publication, and syndication of industry leading knowledge.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive as a consulting leader, who thrives on intellectual challenge and set a high bar in terms of client service delivery.
- Executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at the highest levels of client organizations.
- Excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop a high performing team environment that works effectively at all levels in an organization.
Experience & Education:
- Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Senior Associate Partner / Principal (or equivalent title) experience at a tier-one management consultancy or partner level experience in the advisory arm of a technology consulting firm.
- 7+ years of work experience after graduate school, with a distinctive record of professional achievement and impact.
- Proven track record of developing new client relationships and independently leading business development activities that result in successful client engagements.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and in-depth of knowledge
