Senior AP Analyst

<p>Keywords Studios, a leading provider of international media localization, translation, voice recording, and content creation services, is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Finance Shared Services Center in Milan. This role will support high-level AP functions, ensure compliance with internal controls, and manage a team of two, driving efficiency and accuracy in payment processes. </p><p>As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist at Keywords Studios, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our global finance function. Based in our Shared Services Center in Milan, you will oversee a team of AP specialists, driving process improvements and maintaining accurate financial records. </p><p>The Key responsibilities for this role will be: </p><p> </p><p>Team Support </p><ul><li>Support the Team Supervisor with mentoring other more junior AP Specialists, support in fostering a positive work environment  </li></ul><p>Process Optimization </p><ul><li> Identify and implement process improvements to streamline AP operations and enhance efficiency  </li></ul><p>Financial Controle </p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with SOX , internal controls, and company policies, mitigating risks and safeguarding company assets </li></ul><p>Vendor Management </p><ul><li>Build strong relationships with vendors, resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate favourable terms </li></ul><p>Reporting and Analysis </p><ul><li>Prepare accurate and timely AP Reports, including aging, analysis, payment forecasts and other key metrics  </li></ul><p>System Utilization </p><ul><li>Leverage ERP Systems and other tools to automate tasks and improve data accuracy  </li></ul><p>Cross Functional Collaboration </p><ul><li>Work closely with various departments, including procurement, tax and treasury to ensure seampless operations  </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Technical Skills </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field  </li></ul><ul><li>5 to 7 years of experience in accounts payable  </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with Power BI, AI tools and process automation will be considered an asset  </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of AP principles, internal controls and financial reporting standards </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in ERP Systems, Netsuite desirable and advanced MS Excel skills </li></ul><ul><li>Fluency in English and Italian  <br/> </li></ul><p>Behavioural Skills </p><p> </p><ul><li>Organized and results driven: Maintains a structured approach to tasks, effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality outcomes </li></ul><ul><li>Strong Team Player: Collaborates effectively with colleagues, communicates with respect and supports colleagues when possible  </li></ul><ul><li>Solutions Oriented: Addresses challenges with a positive approach and a proactive solutions oriented minders  </li></ul><ul><li>Passionate and proactive: Demonstrates enthusiasm and initiative, consistently seeking opportunities to improve processes and drive success.  </li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Welfare</p><p>Fringe Benefit</p><p>Tickets</p><p>Learning and Development</p><p>Hybrid </p>
