Business Analyst IV

Definitive Logic is seeking a Business Analyst IV to join our San Antonio, TX team.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Participate in Salesforce CRM Cloud application assessment and roadmap planning for a portfolio of 50 applications including design and documentation testing- Assess application functionality, gather user feedback, and evaluate the value each application brings to the business- Operate as a trusted advisor that helps the team and its customers achieve their CRM goals- Orchestrate coordination between stakeholders, end users, and technical teams- Perform planning and facilitation of stakeholder meetings- Select appropriate analysis methodologies and documentation standards- Anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and design innovative solutions- Work with agile development methodologies adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities- Collaborate with team members via MS Teams, and Zoom, comments, documents, and frequent video conferences- Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys making a difference through technical contributions- Stimulate new ideas and offer out-of-the-box thinking- Provide guidance as necessary for lower-level employees- Perform other tasks as assigned 

Required Qualifications

• BS Degree preferably but relevant experienced with Salesforce CRM implementations considered
• Minimum of eight years hands-on analyst experience for software engineering projects
• Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with application assessments using CAST Highlight and CAST Imaging software analysis tools
