Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join our Product team, reporting to the Chief Administration Office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product strategy, executive communications, event coordination, data analytics, and operational support. As a key contributor, you will support various key initiatives that help enhance team efficiency and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal Communications
  Refresh and maintain the internal SharePoint site to ensure usability and relevance. Design and publish the Quarterly Product Office Newsletter, highlighting strategic execution, product development, talent initiatives, and risk management resources.

• Event Planning & Coordination
  Assist in planning, organizing, and hosting both in-person and virtual product events. Responsibilities include event logistics, communications, and post event follow-ups.

• Data Analysis & Insights
  Collect and analyze data from sales teams to build executive dashboards and reports for senior leadership, including the Chief Product Officer. Conduct Salesforce analytics and cleanup to improve data accuracy and integrity.

• Strategic Support
  Collaborate with the Product Chief Administrative Officer to develop impactful presentations and host training webinars for client-facing managers. Support development of training materials for internal audiences.

• Ad Hoc Projects
  Contribute to special projects and operational tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education: Currently enrolled in Bachelor's Degree.

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
