Ricardo Defense has an excellent opportunity for a long-term Business Internship supporting C-Suite Executives in the Internal Operations of several key departments of Ricardo Defense.

This Business intern will assist in supporting the project management of Facilities, IT, Security, and Business Development.

This Business Intern will be to work at our Troy, MI headquarters 20 hours per week while in school and has the opportunity for 20 plus hours while on breaks. These hours would be worked Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling meetings, taking notes, and organizing files or documents.
• Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customers.
• Help prepare reports and presentations based on findings.
• Support teams in the planning, execution, and follow-up of ongoing projects.
• Help track project milestones and update status reports.
• Work with Excel or other tools to clean and interpret business data.
• Assist in creating dashboards, charts, or other visualizations.
• Help resolve issues, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and follow up as needed.
• Assist in the creation of content for social media or marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media platforms and engage with the audience as needed.
• Take initiative to understand company goals and values.

Requirements

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university majoring in business, marketing or similar curriculum. Must be at least entering their junior year of the program. MBA Students preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance. The minimum requirement to obtain a clearance is US Citizenship. Only applicants able to obtain a clearance will be considered.
