ABOUT THE JOB
The Clinical Operations Program Manager plans, implements, and manages projects within our Clinical Operations structure to ensure they are completed effectively, on time, within scope, and within budget.
Our Clinical Operations Infrastructure includes our Clinical Primary Care, Mental Health, and Musculoskeletal services. The Program Manager will manage projects through all stages, including inception, implementation (including piloting and scaling where appropriate), and continuous process improvement.
The ideal candidate will effectively manage multiple initiatives, ensure alignment with strategic goals, assist with prioritization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring timely and successful program execution. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success and organizational growth. Travel expectation is minimal.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders and in alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Collaborate with and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related communication and updates.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve project-related issues while maintaining transparency in communication.
Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to keep programs on track.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Track program KPIs and generate progress reports for leadership.
- Conduct program evaluations to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Recommend and lead improvements based on data analysis and feedback.
- Continuously evaluate program performance and adapt strategies as needed to efficiently meet objectives.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned to improve future initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, project management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of project, program, and/or portfolio management experience in healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project management certification preferred.

Pay Range: $125,000 - $150,000/yr
