Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee a development team focused on CI/CD platform engineering, automation, observability, and developer experience. This role will lead project-based efforts, drive technical strategy, and ensure delivery excellence across dashboard development, pipeline automation, UX tooling, and backend systems that enhance CI/CD reliability, usability, and scalability.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Lead and mentor a team of CI/CD platform engineers, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical standards.
• Coordinate onshore-offshore collaboration, manage sprint planning, and oversee task execution and delivery timelines.
• Architect and guide development of React/Node.js dashboards for KPI tracking, HaaS, and developer workflows.
• Oversee design and implementation of web-based tools for CI pipeline management and test coverage visualization.
• Drive improvements in auto-triage coverage, routing accuracy, and TSG generation logic.
• Define and enforce modular pipeline architecture using Runbook formats and support contributor onboarding.
• Champion automation initiatives, test coverage expansion, and deployment quality gate alignment.
• Lead development of secure secrets management services integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Report progress, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders and ensure continuous improvement across the platform

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent English as working language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in software development or platform engineering teams.
• Strong full-stack development background, C# proficiency, Azure and ADO.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD systems, pipeline frameworks, and automation practices.
• Experience with observability tools, test infrastructure, and developer experience tooling.
• Familiarity with KPI tracking, triage systems, and secure systems design.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior Microsoft experience working as a FTE or vendor
• Background in infrastructure-as-code and modular pipeline design.
• Familiarity with Edge Foundry or Runbook-style orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of progressive delivery models and ring-based deployment strategies.
