Job Description

Cricut is looking for someone who will be responsible for testing and qualifying our internal test automation projects. These tests our used by the engineers designing our products and implemented on the production line assembling our products.   

The candidate should be able to develop and execute an organized test plan, report any observed bugs, and work toward resolutions. This role will have the opportunity to propose and implement improvements in test processes and methods. 

Qualifications

Required Skills: 

· This position requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent 

· Analytical reasoning skills 

· Ability to write test cases, create test plans, and report results. 

· Ability to write test scripts 

· 0-1 years of experience in software testing or related field.  

· Experience in analyzing logs and debugging using browser debugging tools 

· Experience with testing web-based software 

· Familiarity with common QA methodology and best practices 

· Experience with programming languages C, C++, Java, Dart 

· Familiarity with Flutter 2.0 

Preferred skills: 

· Experience in Testing and Qualifying Consumer Electronics Products 

· Hands on experience in executing automation test suites 

· Experience in testing IOS and Android applications. 

· Familiarity with Python 

· Familiar with image or signal processing, computer vision, machine learning 

· Familiar with electro-mechanical based projects
