We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Analyst, Data Assurance. This role can be based on the campuses in West Chester, PA, Warsaw, IN, Raynham, MA, or Raritan, NJ.
Purpose: The Senior Analyst, Data Assurance, collaborates with internal teams to deliver incentive compensation systems to the selling organization that are complete, accurate, and trusted. The role's responsibilities include requirement gathering, plan system configuration design, testing, and validation along with projects for continuous system enhancement. This role involves planning strategy, quota, and compensation levers along with vendor partnership to develop and deliver automated incentive compensation calculations and reporting. The role develops and enhances collaboration, influencing, and project management capabilities. The Senior Analyst, Data Assurance executes daily data validation processes to ensure accurate MedTech Field Sales Organization’s earnings calculations and reporting.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop, implement, and maintain data edit check processes to ensure data quality and completeness.
- Partner with Compensation support teams to resolve data variances with source systems, as well as downstream systems.
- Identify, prepare and execute data corrections
- Execute data mining and build queries to understand data variances.
- Manage the business processes to receive and upload 3rd party data into the compensation system.
- Participate in corporate upstream/downstream data-related initiatives.
- Perform IT and Finance SOX testing as required.
- And other tasks and duties, as assigned.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in functionally required computer software packages such as Access, Sales IQ, Zaidyn, Workday
- Expert skill level for Excel, Intermediate skill level for Access.
