Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Snowflake Tech Lead with deep expertise in Snowflake data architecture and a strong command of cloud technologies. You will be expected to engage with clients for the assigned accounts/projects. The Senior Snowflake Tech Lead works together with their manager to build an account plan and is responsible for the client management to ensure clients' technical needs are met and delivered on time and in a satisfactory manner. Given our support for a diverse range of clients, you will have the opportunity to engage in projects across different industries. This means the role may involve participation in entirely unrelated projects, requiring a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. You will need to quickly understand new data sources, business processes, and industry-specific requirements to deliver effective AI Data Cloud solutions with our partner, Snowflake. For remote positions, all candidates must complete a video screen with our corporate recruiting team.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Client relationship management: manage client relationships, build a portfolio, own the opportunity management cycle from “prospect” to “close”. 

• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client 

• Account planning and governance: create and develop the account plan in coordination with the delivery and sales team. 

• Collaborate with technical teams to gather data requirements and translate them into scalable Snowflake architectures. 

• Adapt rapidly to projects spanning various domains, aligning each data solution with project-specific goals and regulatory guidelines. 

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical guidance and actionable insights on Snowflake best practices. 

• Monitor data performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure system reliability. 

• Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies to address evolving data needs in diverse industries 

• Architect, design, and optimize Snowflake data warehouses and other cloud-based data platforms leveraging best industry principles and practices. 

• Establish robust data modeling practices (e.g., dimensional modeling, schema design) and define metadata management and governance frameworks. 

• Develop and manage end-to-end data pipelines—ensuring efficient ingestion, transformation, and delivery of large-scale datasets. 

• Implement data quality controls, validation checks, and alerting mechanisms to maintain accuracy and consistency. 
• Enforce data security measures, privacy regulations, and industry compliance standards within all data solutions.
