The Job

For our Affiliate Marketing team, we are looking for an experienced Partnerships Specialist. Through a smart combination of marketing knowledge and communication skills, you bring our clients to the next level in the field of Affiliate Marketing.

As a Partnerships Specialist, you help our clients to increase their online business. You do this by looking strategically at how Affiliate Marketing can contribute to the growth plans of our clients.  We have a lot of ambition, and in this role you'll get the possibilities and opportunities to contribute to this.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage clients' program performances
• Analyze and report on the results of our clients
• Consulting clients on opportunities and innovation
• Create new affiliate strategies for product launches
• Recruit, activate and optimize publishers for your clients
• Handle campaign reporting

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Have work experience with (international) affiliate marketing
• 3+ years of agency experience with affiliate marketing campaigns
• 3+ years of experience with client pitches, day-to-day support, and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Bonus points if you have experience with multiple affiliate networks, and especially Partnerize
• Have experience in deploying the full funnel within affiliate marketing via different publisher types
• Are analytical, flexible and able to work independently
• Collaborative team player with experience handling tasks autonomously

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
