This role is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment. The position requires a strong focus on preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and adherence to safety standards. Candidates should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support operational needs in a fast-paced environment.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Pay:</strong>&nbsp;<strong>$20/hour</strong> based on experience, with overtime opportunities.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform general maintenance, service, and repair of company facilities and equipment</li> <li>Maintain interior and exterior property, including grounds and common areas</li> <li>Complete assigned maintenance projects in accordance with company standards and specifications</li> <li>Repair and replace building components such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, fixtures, and finishes</li> <li>Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify unsafe conditions and perform preventative maintenance</li> <li>Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and structural issues</li> <li>Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner</li> <li>Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition</li> <li>Follow all safety procedures and practice safe work habits in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States</li> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li> <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (subject to periodic checks)</li> <li><strong>Minimum of 1 year of related maintena
