We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist who wants to be part of a supportive, mission-driven team dedicated to improving lives across our community. In this role, you'll help patients achieve their goals through personalized treatment plans focused on strength, mobility, balance, and independence, while building lasting relationships along the way.

Schedule: Flexible schedule options up to 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), day shift

What We're Looking For

• Current Washington State PT license (in good standing)
• BLS/CPR certification, active prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited PT program (BS, MPT, MS PT, or DPT)
• Valid Washington driver's license and proof of insurance
• Prefer 2 years' outpatient experience, or 1 year inpatient or SNF
