Pay: $17.10/hour
Shifts: Afternoon, Night & Weekend Availability Required
The Saratoga Regional YMCA is hiring for a full time Member Service Representative and we are excited to have you join our team! This position maintains a supportive, positive atmosphere, that welcomes and respects all individuals. The Membership Representative responds to member and guest needs and promotes memberships and programs. This is a high volume, busy, direct customer service position.

Requirements
- Minimum age of 19 years old.
- Three Years previous customer service, sales or related experience in a high-volume setting.
- CPR and First Aid, child abuse prevention training, Y orientation certifications required within 60 days of hire.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to Multitask and think on your feet in order to adapt quickly and assist others.
