Company Description

We are looking for an expert Accountant to work in the accounting service area of the Poland, Sweden, USA, and UAE offices. It is a cooperation with a company that deals with direct accounting, hiring support, and the calculation of taxes for employees. 

We hope to find a professional who will become integral to our friendly administrative team.

Job Description

• Communication with Accountants in the office in Poland, Sweden, USA, and UAE 
• Processing of statements and money transfers 
• Cooperation with insurance companies and control of the availability of all necessary insurance in all states in which business is conducted 
• Cooperation with companies responsible for the calculation of income and taxes to employees and control of the process 
• Familiarization with the regulatory framework and consultation with local accountants on emerging issues 
• Current activities for the processing of incoming correspondence, invoices, contracts 
• Control of payment and calculation of taxes by state 

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as an accountant in commercial structures with similar responsibilities  
• Experience in the accounting of a legal entity (resident or non-resident) 
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher 
• Structural thinking, the ability to build your processes, communication, and time management skills 
• Flexible mind, curiosity, stress resistance
