About the Role:

Performance Measurement and Analysis (PMA) enables transparency of investment portfolio performance helping investors stay on track to meet their financial goals and enabling advisers to provide more effective guidance. Performance data is calculated on daily basis on Snowflake. PMA data platform has several years of historical performance data which provides meaningful insights, historical trends and future projections. 
 
The work will involve answering questions/testing hypothesis from our partners teams like finance leveraging PMA historical data. This includes understanding business requirements, mapping requirements to data elements in PMA, writing sql queries to extract data, performing database development and creating BI Dashboards using PowerBI. 
 
Fidelity requests the supplier to collaborate and participate along with their team for implementation. Under the scope of this SoW, the supplier will participate in requirements analysis, design, development, and testing of the project leveraging an agile implementation approach. 
 
In Scope: 
Supplier scope includes participation in following project phases 
a) Requirements Analysis 
b) High level and detailed Design 
c) Development and integration testing activities 
d) BI Dashboards 
e) Coordination with Performance Analyst team for testing and validation 
 
Out of Scope: 
a) Requirements gathering 
b) Architecture 
c) Prototype of the application 
d) Infrastructure Capacity Planning 
e) Production Support (including on-call system support) 

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 40,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 142,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
