The medical aesthetics business is ripe for rapid growth and disruption, and we are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to add to our high performing team to do just that.
Our team has successfully launched new and innovative technology platforms: Allē, which serves millions of consumers, and Allē for Business, which serves tens of thousands of aesthetics providers throughout the US. Since its launch in late 2020, Allē has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their aesthetics journey.
We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager as we prepare to launch a new array of game-changing technologies on our successfully adopted B2B platform, Allē for Business. As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Payments & B2B, you will report to the Associate Director, Product Marketing, and continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most important technical problems.
You will lead the go-to-market strategy and delivery of new, novel fintech products as they come to market. This role reports to the Associate Director, Software Product Marketing, and continuously collaborates with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most important technical problems.
You Will
- Partner with product and commercial teams to understand and prioritize the needs of our users, and shape the launch of new products and features.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, inclusive of product positioning and messaging, that evangelize and drive adoption for our B2B and payments ecosystem (potentially including hardware, as well as software).
- Deliver marketing moments that create awareness for our technology solutions and differentiate us in the market.
- Track customer journeys, identifying key intervention points for educational and sales opportunities to continuously drive value.
- Create, socialize and execute GTM plans that enable our field sales, customer success and customer support teams to perform at their best.
- Develop deep appreciation for your audiences, both internal and external, and adapt your communication style for maximum reach, engagement, and impact.
- Drive vision and execution of creative deliverables in partnership with internal and external creative partners.
- Ensure brand and creative excellence across all deliverables while adhering to guidance and requirements from legal, regulatory and compliance partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in fintech, product marketing, and related industries, sharing knowledge and insights with internal teams
- Understand the ‘jobs to be done’ in a medical aesthetics practice while gleaning an appreciation for the unique needs of different customers.
- Represent Allē and all Allergan Aesthetics brands with intelligence, integrity, creativity and consistency in all internal and external communications.
- Support smooth operations by adeptly managing administrative tasks.
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6-8 years of product marketing or product management experience with a SaaS brand.
- Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, including knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory considerations.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and “money movement” in ways that everyday people can understand and appreciate.
- Data-driven, analytical approach to product marketing.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience building products with a cross-disciplinary team of software engineers, product managers, designers, UX researchers and program managers.
- Ability to manage highly interdependent, complex projects, and keep disparate work streams on track
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Extreme attention to organization and detail.
- Digitally savvy and comfortable with new technologies (e.g., Confluence / Jira, MIRO, Loom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Suite, etc.)
