Pay Scale: 70k
Summary:
This position is responsible for all Intensive-In-Home (IIH) services within DAYMARK Recovery Services. This position reports directly to the Child Program Director of Enhanced Services. This position is responsible for IIH teams and the associated service definitions per location and compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and laws and assures adequate staffing at all times to meet service demand with the service array. This position is the community liaison between DAYMARK Recovery Services, the service area at large and is often the spokesperson for DAYMARK Recovery Services to regional and state wide stakeholders for Intensive-In-Home services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures strict compliance with all professional standards, IPRS/NC State, Federal Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures. Maintains care and compliance with all rules for the facility.
- Monitors P/L reports and budget. Assist with development of budgets for the region. Provides team leads for mobile engagement services with supervision. Explores and develops new services and revenue streams.
- Attends regional and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensures region workforce is staffed appropriately for volume of services and works with peers to share resources when needed.
- Serve as the liaison between the Program director and the team leaders for each IIH Teams.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
Special Attributes: Strong psychosocial, clinical assessment skills. Minimal supervision regarding use of time, able to prioritize work assignments. Must possess strong clinical skills, a vast knowledge base of mental health and substance abuse disorders and vigor to continue the learning process. Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families. Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Provides supervision to team leads of the IIH Services.
