Supply Chain and Fulfillment ManagerWhat does a successful Supply Chain and Fulfillment Manager do at Fiserv?
One of the key values at Fiserv is to earn client trust every day. As an integral part of the Global Business Solutions group at Fiserv, you will help maintain that trust. You'll provide consulting and project management services to Fiserv clients across the globe while coordinating with supply chain partners and overseeing the day-to-day operations of gift card fulfillment.
By managing relationships with suppliers and internal teams and maintaining high standards of customer service, you'll ensure that all client service level agreements are met. Through maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), generating detailed reports, and ensuring data accuracy, you'll be a key factor in driving continuous improvement in our supply chain processes.
What you will do:
- Manage daily fulfillment operations with suppliers to ensure client service level agreements are met
- Support clients and internal teams in gathering, defining, and documenting card, carrier, and packaging specifications, as well as identifying and mitigating issues and risks
- Provide quotes and proposals for new and existing products and services based on client needs
- Manage the receipt process of cards and collateral to ensure they meet supplier specifications and shipment guidelines
- Maintain documentation and project trackers for supplier requirements, reporting, and analytics
- Manage milestones to ensure all tasks are completed on time for onboarding new clients to the fulfillment and inventory management solution
- Forecast client inventory needs based on past usage and future requirements
- Engage with suppliers to define and communicate closure dates, development windows, and freezes to clients and internal teams
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in project management and leadership
- 5+ years of client-facing experience in a relevant client service role
- 5+ years of experience coordinating between clients and suppliers
- 5+ years of work experience using advanced features of Microsoft Office 365, namely Excel
- Ability to travel 15-25% of the time
- Associate's degree in business management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or military experience
