THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Lifecycle Strategy Associate to drive our customer retention and marketing initiatives. You will play a key role on the Customer Marketing team, contributing to key retention programs for the Sportsbook and Multi-Product Play verticals and collaborating with multiple departments within the company including but not limited to Promotions, Brand, Commercial, Marketing Technology, Growth, Data Science, Product, VIP, and Customer Service. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate revenue driving marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Work with Lifecycle Strategy leadership to optimize our retention programs, looking for opportunities to ideate and test on innovative programs to increase retention, player value, and wallet share
- Aid in designing the strategy to enhance new customer lifecycle journeys, using data driven insights and a strong understanding of key business priorities as well as team goals and KPIs
- Leverage customer data to analyze and validate our campaign strategy and develop insights to develop the strategic direction for our retention programs
- Support in the development of the full lifecycle of all retention campaigns for new customers, working closely with analytics, Marketing Technology, operations, and creative stakeholders, from ideation to execution to evaluation across owned channels
- Contribute to a test & learn approach: create and manage the testing plans, play a key role in developing the team’s roadmap, and ensure results are shared and implemented
- Learn how our data architecture impacts customer segmentation and marketing enablement
- Become a systems expert, cultivating extensive knowledge of our marketing technology systems
- Be the Customer Marketing POC with our Casino Cross-Sell Acquisition & Multi-Product marketing teams while owning the multi-product lifecycle and automation strategy
- Lead reporting on performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
- Plan and manage the program calendar across promotions and communications strategies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on campaigns and maintain a continuous feedback loop. Serve as a subject-matter expert, advising business stakeholders on best practices, including promotional and channel strategy
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 2+ years experience in marketing, with experience creating and managing campaigns from start to finish. Email and/or mobile marketing experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing and commercial metrics
