<p>Join our growing team as a Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) - a strategic sales representative who champions our mission while developing strong, lasting relationships with key referral partners in the healthcare community.</p>

<p><strong>As a brand ambassador, you will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Educate, inform, and inspire confidence in our services, so that the right patients are referred at the right time</li>
<li>Identify new referral opportunities by calling on hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, clinics, and physician offices</li>
<li>Engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals about patient needs and how hospice care can support quality of life</li>
<li>Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive referral growth</li>
<li>Represent our organization at community events, professional associations, and educational in-services to promote our services</li>
<li>Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families, ensuring they understand hospice options and the benefits of early referrals</li>

<p>You’re a results-driven, self-motivated professional who thrives on relationship-building, strategy, and heart-centered service. You have a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and bring consultative marketing experience to the table. You're confident working independently and collaboratively with both clinical and operational teams.</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing</li>
<li>Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities or home health professionals</li>
<li>Prior experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health is a plus</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms</li>
<li>Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and their families</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admissions and census targets</li>
