Position Title:  Shuttle Drivers    

Business Unit:  Parking and Transportation   

Position Reports to:  Parking Manager   

Location:  Crystal Mountain, Washington  

Wage Range:  $28.00 - 30.00 DOE 

End of Season Bonus Clause: Employee will receive an end of season bonus of $500, payable upon successful completion of the winter season. The bonus will be paid following the end of the season, provided the employee has fulfilled all contractual obligations and remains in good standing.

Job Summary

As a Guest Shuttle Driver at Crystal Mountain, you will transport guests safely and efficiently between parking areas and the resort base using resort-provided buses. This position requires a valid CDL Class B with passenger endorsement and includes responsibility for conducting thorough pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation. Drivers must provide excellent guest service, maintain a professional demeanor, and help create a welcoming and smooth arrival experience for all visitors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES 

• Perform a daily pre/post trip inspection on the truck/trailer assigned to you. Must be able to complete level 1 maintenance on the vehicle such as, replenishing oil, windshield wiper fluid, broken chains, and fuel when needed.
