Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Project Manager to map out & document procedures and processes as well as monitor them, build reports and analyze data, and foster long-term strategic partnerships that drive innovation and continuous improvement. We’re looking for someone with considerable knowledge of Healthcare and Practice Finance Banking. This role will serve as the single point of contact for Practice Finance and Healthcare focused projects.Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience
•    Proven ability to identify and mitigate execution risk of changes/projects.
•    Experience with build out and ongoing ownership and maintenance of process implementation and improvement projects
•    Ability to build reports using Salesforce and Excel, identify trends and areas of opportunity to further business line objectives
•    Ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity and drive solutions through implementation and execution
•    Possesses comprehensive expert knowledge of assigned business function and related technical skills. 
•    Ability to serve as an expert in several project areas.
•    Ability to build solutions through a combination of personal knowledge and development/fostering of interdepartmental relationships
•    Strong organizational and analytical skills
•    Advanced knowledge and experience in project management
•    Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
•    Experience with referral fee payments & systems
•    Excellent verbal/written communication skills.  Role will be required to lead meetings with internal and external partners

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
