About the role

As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our field operations running smoothly. You’ll manage inventory, support installers and technicians, prepare materials for jobs, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment. Your work ensures that every install begins with the right materials — delivered accurately and on time.
  • Perform inventory counts and update materials using the ERP system
  • Receive, store, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
  • Pull and load job materials, ensuring accurate transfers 
  • Assist technicians and installers with loading/unloading
  • Train with the Fabricator to learn modification processes
  • Deliver doors and related materials to job sites as needed
  • Communicate with sales and office teams regarding part availability
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive warehouse environment
  • Operate a forklift safely and effectively
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience required
  • Fabrication experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license 

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to track and manage inventory within an ERP system (Oracle preferred)
  • Skilled in safely loading, unloading, and storing materials
  • Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills with technicians, installers, and office staff
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and ERP software for data entry
  • Mechanically inclined; comfortable working with tools and equipment
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills related to inventory and job site needs
  • Proficient in basic math; able to read and use a tape measure accurately

Work Environment

  • Warehouse setting with varying temperatures and noise levels
  • Fast-paced, supportive, team-oriented atmosphere
  • Occasional interaction with customers and vendors
  • May require visits to customer sites such as hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, offices, and retail locations

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling materials
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, and balance
  • Lifting/moving up to 100 lbs frequently, and up to 150 lbs occasionally
    • Two-person lift required for items over 50 lbs
  • Ability to work at heights using ladders
  • Strong visual abilities including depth perception, close/distance vision, and peripheral vision
