Translation Assistant

At YPrime, we help our clients in the pharma and biotech industries to collect data from patients using mobile devices, assign patients to study treatment groups, and dispense clinical trial drugs and supplies using web apps.  We’re supporting life-altering research, one project at a time.

YPrime's Localization team is searching for a part-time Translations Assistant to work closely with our project teams on the localization and translation of our eCOA services. You will be based in our Malvern, Pennsylvania office.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience experience in translations/localization
• Top notch verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for customer service and prior experience working in a customer-facing role
• Tech-savviness
• Attentiveness to detail

Have these things too? Even better!

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Foundational knowledge or the principles of a software development life cycle preferred 
• Multilingual preferred

Here are some more details about the job:

• You'll use company software to export/import text for translation along with additional documents as necessary
• You'll use company hardware and software to navigate study-specific workflows, capture screens, and create screen report files for vendor and sponsor review
• You'll perform localization verification and complete checklists
• You'll prioritize workload while overseeing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast -paced environment 
• You'll understand and abide by individual project instructions
• You'll perform other duties and responsibilities as required
