What is the Diversity Mentorship Program?

This 3-month Mentorship Program is designed to provide current university students from diverse backgrounds with an opportunity for personal and professional development from Qualtrics employees. This is a great way to receive guidance from current professionals to kickstart your careers and learn about the opportunities available at Qualtrics!

Diversity as defined by the Qualtrics Mentorship Program includes groups that are typically underrepresented in technology. This includes but is not limited to: women, racial and ethnic minorities, individuals from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds, first-generation college students, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+ and veteran groups.

Qualtrics is a software as a service company - our mentorship program will be able to offer guidance for the following types of roles: Software Engineering, UX Design, Sales, Marketing, People Operations, Finance, etc. If your interests don't fall under these businesses, this might not be a program that is best fit for you.

The Diversity Mentorship Program provides students with an opportunity for personal and professional development during the Fall semester, between September and December. The program will kick off September 18 and run through December. Through regular one-on-one meetings with a pre-assigned mentor, students will be able to gain academic guidance and business insight in the career areas of interest.

Why Participate?

As a mentee, you will be matched with a Qualtrics employee who will provide you with guidance and support to help you with your academic and professional journey. Mentorship pairs are are expected to meet on a bi-weekly cadence. 

The Fall 2023 Program is designed to provide mentorship in the area of Career Development.

  • Resume and LinkedIn Review 
  • Interview Practice 
  • Skill Development 
  • Career Action Planning (training and education strategy) 
  • So much more! 

Who can participate?

The Fall Program is open to US-Based University Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate Students. We are able to provide mentors from all departments within Qualtrics - from engineering, UX design, sales, marketing, people operations, finance, etc. - to help provide guidance in whatever career path you may be interested in.
