What you'll do...

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Process Improvement Specialist who excels at thinking outside the box. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of Payroll, Workday, Benefits, and/or HR processes and a keen eye for identifying opportunities to enhance and streamline those processes. This role involves managing projects to ensure timely completion and evaluating the Return on Investment (ROI) for each project, with the ability to effectively communicate successes to stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to develop new methodologies and solutions that enhance existing processes.
  • Understand and evaluate current job functions to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate operating functions.
  • Develop plans to achieve service outcomes and manage stakeholder needs and priorities.
  • Use problem-solving methodologies to identify and break down business problems.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Assess and quantify the ROI for each project, demonstrating the value and impact of improvements.
  • Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project outcomes and ROI to stakeholders, highlighting key wins and future opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • The ability to anticipate roadblocks and generate creative workarounds.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and process automation knowledge

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
